1) Blackberry Body Getting Hot or Warm Problem

Solution: Sometimes Blackberry may get hot/ warm due to up/down temperature of phone. Mostly Blackberry Torch 9800 users are facing this kind of temperature problem more than any other blackberry phone. This is most probably happens because most of your apps are running under process on your phone which you may not know. Another reason is that if you have constantly data connection open (like streaming music, app that uses GPS, weather apps, Loopt), your phone will get hot and loose battery fast.

To see what apps are running, go to Options > Device Application Management (you can also hold the Menu key on left of your trackpad/ rackwheel which brings up everything that is running). Close the unwanted apps by opening the app, click the menu and select close at the end.

2) Blackberry Screen Frozen / Hanged Problem

Solution: Blackberry Screen get frozen or hanged sometimes and its easy to fix stucked screen problem by Soft resetting your Blackberry by pressing Alt+Cap+Delete keys together.

If this doesn’t help, you can perform hard reset. This can be done via Reset button on back the blackberry device (which can be near the bottom or under battery cover), then press the button with a pin etc.

4)  Blackberry Send/ Receive Emails Failure Problem

Solution: If you found your emails not sending / receiving, it may be due to GPRS services. GPRS allow your mobile phone to access internet data. This can be solve by Soft Reset by pressing Alt+Cap+Delete keys together. If it still having same problem, try Hard Reset by pressing reset small button under bottom or close to your mobile battery.

After that check your wireless antenna signal strength. The antenna should show GPRS. If you can call and browse web that means your GSM service is available. .

5) Blackberry Bluetooth Problem

Solution: Bluetooth is a useful device for every mobile to transfer data from one device to another bluetooth enabled devices. You can easily transfer your media files, images following few easy steps:

  • Pair your Blackberry device and with any other blackberry enabled device.
  • Select the media / image file you want to transfer to your Blackberry to other device.
  • In your BB, open ‘Media’ folder and press menu ‘BB Logos’ and you will see an option ‘receive using Bluetooth
  • Or from your other phone, send the files to your Blackberry which is already connected to your phone will ask you to accept or refuse transfer
  • Now accept the data transfer and you are done.
